Over the top. Wild architectural adornments of funereal urns on a small late Victorian era free standing villa c.1886. Always been perplexed by the late 19th century folks who had this strange obsession with the afterlife and memento mori; seances were popular to summon the spirits and speak with the dead, mystics and clairvoyants were widely followed. If you look up, there are still urn embellishments seen on old buildings all over the Inner West, but nothing quite like this. Annandale.
