Could The Guardian do a feature and interview some of the older women involved? Could Channel 5 News come up and film a jam session and talk to some women?
Music industry says it's fine to be a woman in music so long as you are well-groomed, beautiful, young, slim, good-natured, articulate, desirable, charming and possess incredible talent.
