OPENING times for the City of Coffs Harbour’s (CoCH) satellite swimming pools have residents concerned. For a second year, Sawtell and Woolgoolga 25 metre swimming pools will open weekdays at 6am and close for the day from 1pm, with no Learn to Swim programs available at either pool.
