I don’t know how to explain this to readers, but I’m going to try.
If you want to live in a good world or good society, certain types of behaviour have to be off the table and the response to them has to be harsh and overwhelming.
Understand the next statement: Anyone who will take what they want from someone else just because they are stronger is a threat to you.
The moment you say “none of my business” when someone abuses their power, you have created the conditions for Hell.
This is why certain behaviours have to be opposed. Genocide. Rape. Torture. Elites making the price of medicine a thousand times the cost.

And here at Hullabaloo it’s the time of year I ask you, my loyal readers, to put a little something into the old stocking to keep us going for yet another year. This is a tough one, I know. Anyone can be forgiven for tuning out politics and spending their time doing something that doesn’t make them want to put their foot through the TV. Many people have cancelled their subscriptions to this site telling me that they just can’t stand to read about politics anymore and I totally understand it. For the first week after the election I pretty much only watched Netflix and Animal Planet. This is a grim time and we have to do whatever we can to keep our sanity. But it you are reading this it means that you are still engaging, at least with us, and I want you to know how grateful I am that you are. For me, it’s not possible to stop paying attention for long. It’s just who I am. I can’t look away.

As we count down to the end-of-life (EOL) for Drupal 7 on 5 January 2025, the Drupal Security Team has just released what is likely to be the final D7 updates from the community.
This latest security release includes important fixes for two D7 vulnerabilities: an XSS (cross-site scripting) vulnerability in Drupal core’s Overlay module and a potential object injection vulnerability, which, when combined with other vulnerabilities in Drupal core, contrib, or custom modules, could lead to Remote Code Execution. Tag1’s Ra Mänd and Fabian Franz both contributed to getting the security release out. The Drupal security team also issued multiple security releases for Drupal 7 contributed modules on the same day.
The other day I just happened to watch one of the Bulwark podcasts and as it happened Sarah Longwell had just returned from participating in an event sponsored by the NY Times in which a number of media and political luminaries discussed the recent election.
